Changan Mexico invites qualified law firms to participate in the tender for the Audit Service 2026 of Changan Mexico

In order to obtain independent assurance over the financial statements of Changan Auto Mexico and to meet the statutory obligations applicable in Mexico, we are now publicly launching a supplier sourcing campaign in the industry. We are seeking qualified audit firms to provide external financial-statement audit services on an IFRS basis, preparation and submission of the dictamen fiscal, and physical inventory count services for this project.

To be considered for participation, interested suppliers must complete their registration and upload the required qualification documents through the Supplier Registration Portal.

Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. The supplier shall be a legally registered legal entity with a valid license or registration, and shall submit a valid business license, authorization documents or enterprise registration certificate. Suppliers registered in Mexico shall additionally provide the Mexican tax certificate CSF and the company establishment notarization Acta Constitutiva.
2. The supplier shall maintain sound business status and submit the local Mexican tax compliance certificate Opinión de Cumplimiento SAT issued within the latest three months.
3. Demonstrated experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors within the last five years.
4. Proven expertise in IFRS, ISA, and Mexican tax law. (for example, Signed declaration confirming the firm's expertise and availability of qualified professionals in these areas./ List of recent engagements involving the application of IFRS, ISA, and Mexican tax regulations.)
5. Capacity to perform inventory counts at multiple sites simultaneously, and the use of data-analytics tools and secure, cloud-based audit platforms to share information. (Signed statement confirming the firm's capability to perform simultaneous inventory counts across multiple locations in Mexico.)
6. Copy of the legal representative's identity document, documentary proof of the enterprise's business address.
7. Signed enterprise compliance commitment letter.

Application Period

The application deadline is 15:00 Mexico Time on September 23 2026 The actual cutoff time shall prevail as shown on the system. Any application documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
