Inauguration Ceremony of the New Spare Parts Center

Changan Mexico invites qualified and experienced suppliers to participate in the tender for the Inauguration Ceremony of the New Spare Parts Center – Changan & Estafeta Strategic Cooperation.

The purpose of this project is to select a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive event planning, coordination, production, execution, materials, and on-site support services for the official inauguration ceremony of the new logistics operation in partnership with Estafeta.

Supplier Qualification Requirements

To be considered for participation in this tender, interested suppliers must submit the following documentation:

1. Acta Constitutiva (Articles of Incorporation / Company Establishment Deed).
2. Constancia de Situación Fiscal (CSF). issued within the last 2 months.
3. Opinión de Cumplimiento SAT, issued within the last 2 months.
4. Copy of the Legal Representative's valid identification and Power of Attorney (POA).
5. Proof of the company's business address.
6. Signed Enterprise Compliance Commitment Letter.
7. Supplier CV

All documentation must be valid and correspond to the legal entity that will participate in the tender and, if selected, provide the contracted services.

Application Deadline

Interested suppliers will have until Monday, August 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Mexico Time) to complete their registration and upload all required qualification documents through the corresponding supplier registration system.

Applications or documentation submitted after the established deadline may not be considered.

Once the qualification documentation has been reviewed and approved, eligible suppliers will be able to continue with the subsequent stages of the tender process.
