Power Battery Disposal Services for Changan Mexican

Changan Mexico invites qualified suppliers to participate in the tender for the Power Cell Disposal Project.

The project aims to select a qualified supplier to provide end-to-end services for the collection, transportation, discharge, dismantling, and environmentally compliant disposal of defective power cells throughout Mexico, in accordance with applicable local regulations.

To be considered for participation, interested suppliers must complete their registration and upload the required qualification documents through the Supplier Registration Portal.

Supplier Qualification Requirements

Please upload the following documents through the supplier registration portal:

1. Business Registration / Business License
2. CSF (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) (for suppliers registered in Mexico)
3. Acta Constitutiva (for suppliers registered in Mexico)
4. SAT Tax Compliance Certificate (Opinión de Cumplimiento) issued within the last 3 months
5. Legal Representative's ID
6. Proof of Business Address
7. Signed Compliance Commitment Letter
8. Valid SEMARNAT Permit for Hazardous Waste Final Disposal
9. Valid SEMARNAT Authorization for Hazardous Waste Transportation
10. Valid SICT Permit for Hazardous Materials Transportation
