Corporate Travel Agency Services – Changan Mexico Project

To support Changan Mexico’s growing business operations and increasing domestic and international corporate travel requirements, Changan Mexico is launching an open supplier sourcing process to identify qualified corporate travel agencies capable of providing comprehensive business travel management and related services.

Qualified suppliers with relevant experience, operational capabilities, financial capacity, and appropriate service coverage are invited to participate in this sourcing process.

Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. Suppliers registered in Mexico shall provide the applicable corporate and tax documentation required for the qualification process, including their Constancia de Situación Fiscal (CSF) and Acta Constitutiva, as applicable.
2. The supplier shall demonstrate satisfactory tax compliance and provide a valid Opinión de Cumplimiento issued by the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT), where applicable.
3. The supplier should have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in corporate travel management or similar business travel services. The supplier shall provide a company presentation introducing its organization, services, relevant experience, and examples of similar projects or clients served.
4. The supplier should have appropriate operational capabilities to support Changan Mexico’s domestic and international business travel requirements. As part of the qualification process, the supplier shall complete a questionnaire provided by Changan Mexico describing how it would meet the project’s main service and operational requirements and demonstrating its relevant capabilities, including customer service and travel assistance, reservation and travel change management, reporting, and administrative support.
5. A copy of the valid identification document of the company’s legal representative shall be provided.
6. Proof of the company’s registered business address shall be submitted.
7. The supplier shall sign and submit the Compliance Statement provided by Changan Mexico as part of the supplier qualification process.
