Official Sourcing Announcement for MO 365 Licensing

In order to provide quality in the daily activities of Changan Automobile, we are now publicly launching a supplier sourcing for the licensing of MO 365. We sincerely invite qualified suppliers to participate in the registration process.

Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. The supplier shall be a legally registered legal entity or institution with a valid business license. A valid business license, authorization documents or enterprise registration certificate shall be submitted. Suppliers registered in Mexico shall additionally provide Mexican tax certificate CSF and company establishment notarization Acta Constitutiva.
2. The supplier shall maintain sound business status and submit the local Mexican tax compliance certificate Opinión de Cumplimiento SAT issued within the latest three months.
3. If the supplier has no local registration in Mexico, it shall provide authentic business supporting materials including cooperation contracts, logistics vouchers, service documents, transaction records, etc. Submission of false transaction materials is prohibited.
4. Copy of the legal representative’s identity document.
5. Documentary proof of the enterprise’s business address.
6. Sign the enterprise compliance commitment letter.

Application Period

The application deadline is 16:00 Mexico Time on July 28, 2026. The actual cutoff time shall prevail as shown on the system. Any application documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
