Professional Consulting Services 2027 of Changan Mexico

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the tender process for Changan Mexico Professional Consulting Services 2027

In order to ensure the tax, transfer pricing, accounting, labor and foreign trade compliance of Changan Mexico in accordance with Mexican legislation, we are now publicly launching a supplier sourcing campaign in the industry. We are seeking suppliers to provide professional consulting services in tax, accounting (IFRS), transfer pricing, labor and foreign trade for this project. Qualified suppliers are welcome to apply.

Cooperation period: From January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. The final period will be determined by the date of signing the formal contract.

Core requirements (the specific details will be based on the technical requirements)

To be considered for participation, interested suppliers must complete their registration and upload the required qualification documents through the Supplier Registration Portal and attached the following documents:

Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. The supplier shall be a legally registered legal entity or institution with a valid business license. A valid business license, authorization documents or enterprise registration certificate shall be submitted. Suppliers registered in Mexico shall additionally provide Mexican tax certificate CSF and company establishment notarization Acta Constitutiva.
2. The supplier shall maintain sound business status and submit the local Mexican tax compliance certificate Opinión de Cumplimiento SAT issued within the latest three months.
3. Copy of the legal representative’s identity document.
4. Documentary proof of the enterprise’s business address.
5. Proven experience in tax, accounting (IFRS), transfer pricing, labor and foreign trade consulting in Mexico, preferably with automotive importers or distributors, with at least two references.
6. Signed Compliance Statement, according to Changan Mexico requirements.

Application Period

The application deadline is 23:00 Mexico Time on October 7, 2026. The actual cutoff time shall prevail as shown on the system. Any application documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
