Brand New Energy Upgrade & Hybrid New Product Launch

Changan Auto Mexico is pleased to invite qualified suppliers to participate in the sourcing process for our upcoming Brand New Energy Upgrade & Hybrid New Product Launch.

As part of Changan Mexico’s new energy product strategy, the company will conduct the official launch of the CS55 HEV/PHEV and EADO PLUS HEV models. We are seeking an experienced event and production agency capable of delivering a comprehensive, high-quality launch experience, from initial creative planning and preparation through on-site execution and post-event reporting.

II. Project Overview

The cooperation period will be three (3) months, from October through December 2026, commencing from the execution of the formal agreement.

III. What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced agency capable of providing an end-to-end solution for both events, including, but not limited to:

1. Creative concept development and event planning.
2. Test-drive experience and route design.
3. Event production and on-site coordination.
4. Vehicle logistics, positioning, and staging.
5. Venue sourcing and management.
6. Stage, set design, technical production, and event infrastructure.
7. Vehicle reveal concept and execution.
8. Safety, security, medical, and emergency protocols.
9. Catering, hospitality, and guest services.
10. Entertainment and special guest coordination.
11. Guest registration and RSVP management.
12. Photography, videography, and event documentation.
13. Post-event reporting and delivery of required evidence and materials.
14. The selected supplier will be expected to coordinate the complete project in accordance with Changan Mexico’s technical requirements, quality standards, project timeline, and internal approval processes.

IV. Supplier Qualification

1. The supplier shall be a legally registered legal entity or institution with a valid business license. A valid business license, authorization documents or enterprise registration certificate shall be submitted. Suppliers registered in Mexico shall additionally provide Mexican tax certificate CSF and company establishment notarization Acta Constitutiva.
2. The supplier shall maintain sound business status and submit the local Mexican tax compliance certificate Opinión de Cumplimiento SAT issued within the latest three months.
3. Copy of the legal representative’s identity document and POA.
4. Documentary proof of the enterprise’s business address.
5. Sign the enterprise compliance commitment letter.
6. The supplier shall provide an organizational chart of the core team proposed for the project, clearly identifying the person responsible for each of the following areas:
7. Project Management: Minimum 8 years of experience in brand launch projects, including international projects. Responsible for overall project coordination, communication, reporting, and resource management.
8. Creative: Minimum 8 years of experience in creative development for brand launches, including international projects. Responsible for the overall creative concept, experience, content, formats, staging, and creative development.
9. Production & Setup: Minimum 8 years of experience in spatial design, production, setup, and major launch events. Responsible for production timelines, setup and installation coordination, materials, and on-site execution.
10. Operations: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including experience in major launch events. Responsible for operational planning, logistics, resource coordination, rehearsals, and on-site execution.

The organizational chart must include the name, position, individual CV, years of relevant experience, key experience/projects, and evidence of each proposed team member.

The proposed team must be dedicated to the project as required during the planning, setup, rehearsal, and event execution phases.

IV. Application Period

The application deadline is 15:00 hrs. Mexico Time on October 5, 2026. The actual cutoff time shall be determined by the deadline displayed in the system. Any application documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
