Annual Christmas Celebration 2026 – “A Winter Evening”

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the tender process for Changan Mexico’s 2026 Annual Christmas Celebration, under the concept “A Winter Evening.”

The purpose of this project is to create a comprehensive year-end experience for approximately 135 employees, combining celebration, employee engagement, recognition, and team connection, while subtly incorporating elements that reflect the connection between Mexican and Chinese cultures.

We are looking for an experienced corporate event agency capable of developing a creative and comprehensive turnkey proposal, including venue, event concept and decoration, food and beverages, entertainment, gifts and recognition, production, logistics, and overall event coordination.

To be considered for participation, interested suppliers must complete their registration and upload the required qualification documents through the Supplier Registration Portal and attached the following documents:

Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. The supplier shall be a legally registered legal entity with a valid license or registration, and shall submit a valid business license, authorization documents or enterprise registration certificate. Suppliers registered in Mexico shall additionally provide the Mexican tax certificate CSF (currently month) and the company establishment notarization Acta Constitutiva.
2. The supplier shall maintain sound business status and submit the local Mexican tax compliance certificate Opinión de Cumplimiento SAT issued within the latest 2 months.
3. Copy of the legal representative's identity document,
4. Documentary proof of the enterprise's business address
5. Signed Compliance Statement / Commitment Letter, according to Changan Mexico requirements.
6. Company profile and evidence of relevant experience in corporate events, event production, or similar projects.
7. References or evidence of previous projects of comparable scope and complexity.

Application Period

The application deadline is 17:00 Mexico Time on October 07 2026. The actual cutoff time shall prevail as shown on the system. Any application documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
